1. Using FoundersSigma

FoundersSigma is an invite-only directory for founders to share what they're building and what they're looking for. Access requires a valid invite code and admin approval, and can be revoked for accounts that misuse the platform.

2. Your profile

You're responsible for what you post — your name, project details, and links should be accurate and belong to you. Don't impersonate another person or company, or post content you don't have the right to share.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the directory to spam, scrape, or mass-contact members outside of individual, good-faith outreach. Don't attempt to bypass invite-code or access controls. See our Community Guidelines for more on expected conduct.

4. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the profile and project information you submit. By posting it, you grant FoundersSigma a license to display it on the site and in shared/public profile pages.

5. No warranty

FoundersSigma is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee introductions, outcomes, or the accuracy of what other members post about themselves.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of FoundersSigma after an update means you accept the revised terms.
