Toronto-based proptech company Souqh Technologies Inc. has announced a new partnership with Greater Vancouver REALTORS® that will provide more than 14,000 REALTORS® across Metro Vancouver with complimentary access to its real estate collaboration platform.
The partnership is aimed at helping REALTORS® and their preferred partners better coordinate throughout the homeownership process, including collaboration with mortgage professionals, law firms, home inspectors, movers, and other home service providers.
Through the rollout, GVR members and their companies will gain access to Souqh’s marketplace platform, which is designed to streamline communication and reduce operational friction across the fragmented real estate and home services ecosystem.
“This partnership is an exciting milestone for Souqh as we expand into Western Canada,” said Ahmer Rafiq, CEO, Souqh. “Greater Vancouver REALTORS® represents one of Canada’s most sophisticated real estate markets, and we’re proud to work with GVR to bring Souqh to 14,000+ REALTORS® as a complimentary member benefit—along with their preferred partners—so they can collaborate more easily, deliver stronger client experiences, and simplify the homeownership journey.”
The companies say the partnership will also include onboarding and adoption resources for members, including product explainers, marketing materials, FAQs, and webinar-style training sessions.
“We are pleased to partner with Souqh to bring an innovative, value-added tool to our members. We believe this platform will allow our Realtor community to more effectively support their clients through the often stressful closing stage, helping them guide, advise, and inform in a more efficient and collaborative way, and ultimately elevate the overall client experience,” said Dr. Jeff King, GVR CEO.
Founded in Toronto, Souqh is building a marketplace platform focused on modernizing collaboration between real estate professionals and home service providers across Canada. The partnership with GVR represents the company’s latest expansion effort as it grows its presence in Western Canada.
